PFB Schedule and Update: Two Games for Soccer and Contributions Near 200

Women’s soccer will be in full swing this week as the Cowgirls have two games at home. Football camp rolls on with the first game just about two weeks away. Here is a look at where you can catch up with Oklahoma State this week and what PFB will be covering.

Oklahoma State Games

• Friday, August 18: Women’s soccer vs. Loyola — 5 p.m.
• Sunday, August 20: Women’s soccer vs. UMKC — 1 p.m.

Oklahoma State Media Appearances

There will be football media availability after Wednesday’s practice as well as a Cowboy Caravan tonight at the Hard Rock Hotel in Catoosa featuring Mike Gundy and Mike Boynton.

PFB Coverage

We are efforting to have some coverage of Wednesday’s practice with quotes and videos from players and coaches. That should going more fully next week when Hayden Barber gets back up to Stillwater and resumes his work on the beat.

Site updates

We are up to 195 contributors which is spectacular. I’d still love to get to 250 by first kick against Tulsa, but you guys have surpassed my initial expectations. Staff Updates

We’ve got out interns working on some projects, and like I mentioned above, Hayden is headed back up to Stillwater soon to resume covering the team. I’ve been in and out for most of the summer which has been hard for continuity, but everybody has picked up the slack around here, and I could not be more excited about that. Speaking of those intern projects, we’ve added rosters and schedules to our site, and you can access them by clicking the tabs at the top of the page. We also have a 2018 recruits page with the interviews we’ve done with future Pokes.
