Breaking: Travis Ford, OSU Parting Ways per Report
According to a report from ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, the Travis Ford era is “likely done.”
The report states that Ford and athletic director Mike Holder are expected to meet on Monday, where presumably a final decision will be made.
This was something I’m pretty sure all of us expected but Goodman put a date on it. Here’s what ESPN said:
Oklahoma State is expected to part ways with coach Travis Ford, a source close to the situation told ESPN. Ford is expected to meet with athletic director Mike Holder on Monday, the source said.
Again, not that surprising. If you’ve been following along, the question was basically, “this week or next?” and that has now been answered. Here’s what you might not know about Ford’s contract.
