Social Media Reaction: Chuba’s Big Game, WVU Win and the Start of Bedlam Week
The best from during and after WVU plus the start of #BedlamWeek.
The Cowboys earned a win in the hill country on Saturday, downing the Mountaineers 20-13. But it wasn’t always pretty. In fact, there were huge portions of the game that I had to remind myself that it was Oklahoma State-West Virginia I was watching and not the Big Ten Network’s morning slate.
Part of the slow going was due to OSU being down now its No. 1 receiver and its No. 1 QB, and Mike Gundy willing to lean on his running game and defense.

But another reason was to the 20-something replay reviews, which each took roughly 15 minutes to complete. What’s worse, I think they got most of them wrong.
The HBO original series: Game of Reviews.

OSU’s defense was the other star (we’ll get to the primary standout in a minute) but Jim Knowles’ crew traveled well, including with an impressive goal-line stop.

Chuba had himself another GAME. Despite the slow start on the ground, he hit triple digits for the ninth consecutive outing and his 88 receiving yards was a career-high.
Credit that to proper preparation.

By this point if you can't concede Chuba Hubbard is having a season for the ages you either a.) don't watch college football, b.) don't care that you're ignorant or c.) all of the above.

QB1 was watching at home but don’t worry, he was resting that thumb.

The hoodie was not tucked in.

Now that WVU is behind us, you know what that means.
It's officially Bedlam week.

OU hate week begins right now.
Bedlam (n) – A scene or state of wild uproar and confusion.

#OKState escapes WVU with a 20-13 win. OSU fans cheered “Beat OU” as the Cowboys came over the celebrate. Let #Bedlam week begin.
