Foreman will likely play defensive back for OSU but also plays receiver at Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas. Listed at 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds, Foreman is a consensus three-star prospect by every major recruiting outlet. He is the No. 44 cornerback in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is ranked as the 82nd best player in Texas. Foreman also held offers from the likes of Arkansas, Baylor, SMU, TCU, Texas Tech and others.
Last season as a junior, Foreman had 32 tackles and six pass breakups, according to Foreman’s X account. He also caught five passes for 118 yards and a touchdown as a receiver.
The Cowboys’ 2025 class was ranked 29th nationally, according to 247Sports, before Foreman’s commitment. The class is now up to 17 pledges, with eight coming in the month of June. Of those 17 commits, seven will join Foreman on the defensive side of the ball. Edge rusher Michael Riles, defensive lineman Jordan Covington, defensive lineman Alexander McPherson, linebacker Donovan Jones and safety Ayden Webb also committed to OSU just during this month.
