As a junior at Prosper this past season, Latiolais caught 55 passes for 793 yards and 12 touchdowns. That followed a sophomore season which saw him catch 34 passes for 568 yards and five scores and run for 118 yards (on 9.8 yards per carry) for two rushing touchdowns. A speedster, Latiolais ran a 10.82 100-meter dash as a sophomore, according to MileSplit.
Along with offers to Tulsa and OSU, Latiolais has announced offers to Air Force, Army, Navy, Yale, Cornell, Dartmouth and others. He committed to Tulsa on May 15.
247Sports considers Latiolais the No. 165 wide receiver in the class and the No. 145 player from the state of Texas.
The Cowboys have 13 players pledged in their 2026 class, only one of which is a wide receiver. Jabarie Thornton (Waco, Texas) committed to the Cowboys in mid-April, picking the Pokes over offers from Nebraska, Arkansas, Oregon and others.
