TV, Kickoff Time Announced for OSU’s Week 8 Game vs. Texas
The Cowboys’ Halloween game will kick in the afternoon.
The Cowboys’ Halloween tilt with Texas will start in the afternoon.
The Big 12’s two orange teams will kick at 3 p.m. on the orange-themed holiday. The game will be carried on FOX from Boone Pickens Stadium.
This will be the third time OSU has played on Halloween in the Mike Gundy era, where the Cowboys are 1-1. In 2009, the No. 13 Cowboys fell to No. 3 Texas 41-14 in Boone Pickens Stadium. In 2015, the Pokes had a shootout with Texas Tech on the holiday, winning 70-53.
Texas is off to a disappointing start in 2020. The Longhorns are 2-2 after beating UTEP and Texas Tech before dropping their past two games to TCU and Oklahoma.
UT is scheduled to play Baylor this weekend, that is if Baylor is able to get its COVID situation under control.
