Tylan Wallace Lands on ‘You Got Mossed’ for TD Grab Over Texas Defender
Wallace’s acrobatic catch made the rounds on Sunday.
Tylan Wallace brought down a cool 222 yards receiving Saturday in OSU’s upset victory over Texas, thrusting himself into rarefied air with a top-10 receiving performance in program history.
Wallace did it by linking up with Taylor Cornelius 10 times, from post routes to slant routes to “go up and get it” routes. The latter of those earned him a spot on Randy Moss’s weekly ESPN segment called “You got mossed,” showing a play of Wallace going over the top of Texas corner Kris Boyd for a score.
The pull-down and subsequent PAT gave OSU a decisive 31-14 going into half.
Turns out, @DeAndreHopkins has been Mossing people since way back when. ?

“He’s got a knack for timing his jump up so he plays a lot taller than what he is, especially on vertical throws,” said OSU offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich. “He is a gamer. He loves it. The bigger the game, it seems the bigger he is going to play. He is just the guy that is very dependable.”
PFB photographer Jackson Lavarnway caught a sweet glimpse at the sequence from his lens on the field, too. Here’s a sequencing of the play that landed on ESPN.
