Uni Predictions: Will OSU Go Black-White-Orange Like 2014?

Two of the three of us went with variations of former Bedlam edition uniforms (see below). None of us are convinced it’s going to matter come Saturday afternoon when Kyler Murray and OU tee it up against the Pokes. Onto the picks.

Porter: White (icy brand), white, black — This would be a different look on the KU combo from earlier in 2018. I like the icy white brand, and I think black pants would round this out nicely. It would also nearly match what they wore in 2016 when Perine took a knee at the goal line ?. I’m here for the orange pants, but I’m not convinced they’re going to go white, white, orange ever again.

Southwell: Black (brand), white, orange for Bedlam — We might win and become bowl eligible. Back to the 2014 mindset.

Carson: White (Icy White Pete) white, white — Black-white-orange is my favorite combo. It has the perfect accents of all three school colors. We’ve seen it with the new uniforms last year vs. South Alabama and in the Alamo Bowl (which was marred by the Ed Hardy helmet, aka “Weirdo Helmet” ©️Dad) As much as I would love to see BWO again (Hello, 2014 Bedlam) it seems fitting we get a retread combo. This is the player’s No. 1 combo, it appears. They rave about it. So I think they plead for ❄️ and get it in Norman.
