Watch: Emmanuel Ogbah Breaks Down Daily Schedule, Favorite Breakfast Food
Emmanuel Ogbah is already getting in the swing of the NFL grind and what it takes to be a professional in the league. And that starts with the preseason routine of minicamp, training camp, and now into the preseason before the first game in September.
Ogbah and his crew were on the road Wednesday, traveling to Tampa for a joint practice with the Bucs. He spoke with the Browns about what it’s like to be on the road and what a schedule in the day of a pro looks like. Which, apparently, consists of lots of oatmeal and practice.
“Got up around 7:00am, had breakfast again going to have oatmeal again. I love oatmeal! Went to practice..Felt like as a defense we got better,” Ogbah told the Browns. “We did a lot of hand work today. Personally, I felt like I got after it today. I worked my moves a lot, I got back to the quarterback, had a couple sacks. I feel good.”
I really had Ogbah pegged as a bacon and eggs guy myself. But hey, he’s in the NFL so there’s no arguing whatever he’s doing seems to work.
Unsurprisingly, he got a couple sacks on the Bucs, who happens to be quarterbacked by Jameis Winston. (We’ve seen this movie before.)
Pretty cool stuff here from the new No. 90 for Cleveland. Check out the full video below:
