Watch: James Washington Breaks a Tackle, Goes 50 Yards for TD
Dr. Washington makes house calls.
The Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington’s football team got things off to an early start, as Part 1 of a rare Monday night double-header. While most of America had yet to even get off work, James Washington was putting in work.
The Biletnikoff winner extended the Steelers’ lead in the second quarter with this impressive catch, tackle-break and score. Brings back memories.
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger recently showed support for his third-year wideout, and it’s easy to see why.
And that wasn’t even his first big play of the night. In the first quarter, Big Ben found Washington for this nice 30-yard gain after he stutter-stepped past a Washington defender.
At halftime, the Steelers own a 14-3 lead over Washington. James Washington has two catches on three targets for 80 yards.
