Weber State Offensive Line Transfer Lavaka Taukeiaho Commits to Oklahoma State
OSU lands a second offensive line transfer.
The Cowboys are losing almost all of their offensive line production heading into 2025, but another step into reloading that room happened Thursday.
Weber State offensive line transfer Lavaka Taukeiaho announced that he committed to Oklahoma State. Listed at 6-foot-4, 315 pounds, Taukeiaho started in nine games as a sophomore for the Wildcats in 2024.

According to Pro Football Focus, Taukeiaho played 670 offensive snaps in 2024, in that time, he didn’t allow a sack while giving up just seven hurries.
Taukeiaho redshirted at Weber State in 2023 but still played in four games. He originally hails from South Jordan, Utah and played at Bingham High School.
Oklahoma State is set to lose offensive line starters Dalton Cooper, Cole Birmingham, Joe Michalski, Preston Wilson and Jake Springfield to eligibility this offseason. Isaia Glass, the only other lineman to make a start this season for the Cowboys, entered the transfer portal when it opened on Monday.
OSU has made it a point to reload that room in the early portions of this offseason, as Taukeiaho is the second offensive line transfer to commit to Oklahoma State, joining Tulsa center Kasen Carpenter.
