2017 Homecoming Announced for October 14 Against Baylor

The 2017 Homecoming has been announced for the weekend of October 14 when the Cowboys host the Baylor Bears.

The Bears and Cowboys will be coming off of a bye week, and Baylor will be in year one of a rebuild under former Temple head coach Matt Rhule.

The last time Baylor was part of “America’s Greatest Homecoming Celebration” was back in 2011 when the Cowboys beat up on the 13th-ranked Bears to the tune of 59-24 behind Brandon Weeden’s 274 yards and three touchdowns and 172 receiving yards and two touchdowns from Justin Blackmon.

Joseph Randle pitched in 152 yards and four TD’s on the ground, as well.

Over the last ten years, OSU is 8-2 at homecoming games.
