2026 QB Bowe Bentley, 2027 QB Kavian Bryant Announce Oklahoma State Offers
Bentley just won a state title; Bryant also holds an OSU basketball offer.
With the transfer portal finally slowing down and coaches turning more attention to the high school ranks, a handful of future prospects have announced offers to Oklahoma State in recent weeks.
A pair of those announcements came from Texas high school quarterbacks. Here are quick breakdowns of each.
Bowe Bentley, 2026
Bowe Bentley, a four-star prospect, announced he had picked up an offer from the Cowboys after a talk with new OSU quarterbacks coach Kevin Johns. Listed at 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, Bentley is the No. 181 player in the 2026 recruiting class, according to 247Sports. That recruiting service has Bentley listed as the No. 11 quarterback in the class and the No. 28 player from Texas.

Out of Celina, Texas (a little north of the DFW metroplex), Bentley led the Celina Bobcats to a perfect 16-0 record and a Texas 4A-D1 state title.
As a junior, he had 3,211 passing yards, 923 rushing yards and accounted for 63 total touchdowns. He had 47 passing touchdowns to just seven interceptions. Bentley led an offense that averaged 51.5 points per game. He was also selected to take part in the Navy All-American Bowl earlier this month.
With that type of production and accolades, it should come as little surprise that many schools are after Bentley. Along with his offer to OSU, Bentley has also reported offers to Florida State, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Missouri, Arizona and others.
Kavian Bryant, 2027
Time will tell whether Kavian Bryant plays football or basketball (or maybe both) at the next level. Bryant announced an OSU hoops offer in late July, and now the OSU football staff is apparently after him as well, as he announced an OSU football offer on Monday.

Out of Westwood High in Palestine, Texas, Bryant is a 6-foot-3, 180-pound quarterback who started for Westwood as a freshman. As a sophomore this past season, Bryant led his Panthers to an 11-1 record, falling in the second road of the Texas 3A-D1 playoffs.
It’s early, but 247Sports lists Bryant as the No. 96 player in the 2027 recruiting class, making him the No. 10 QB in the class and the No. 13 player from Texas. He has announced football offers to OSU, Florida State, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Baylor, TCU, Arizona and others. He’s announced basketball offers to the likes of OSU, Texas, Texas Tech, Arizona State and Cal.
