OSU Now Given Top-10 Odds to Win College Football Playoff
Vegas has raised OSU’s odds of winning a national championship after Boise State win.
Oklahoma State is getting plenty of buzz after it’s 23-point rout of No. 17 Boise State on Saturday.
The Cowboys are now up to No. 15 in both the AP and the Coaches Polls, and are even being thrown around as a sexy dark horse pick for the Big 12 conference and more.
After ESPN’s Playoff Predictor as well as other analytics have boosted OSU’s chances to make the College Football Playoff, now Las Vegas sports book, Westgate SuperBook has Oklahoma State in the top 10 in odds to win the whole thing.

The Cowboys share 80-to-1 odds with Miami and Texas (eye roll emoji) even though the Pokes are 3-0 to the Longhorns’ 2-1 (with a loss to Maryland!) and neither team has started Big 12 play.
Notre Dame currently has the same odds as Oklahoma. Chalk that up to the helmet-sticker rule, and Wisconsin is Big Ten bias-sized step ahead of the Cowboys despite losing to BYU.
Of course, all of this will sort itself out over the next two months but it’s interesting to see how these odds change from week to week and win to loss.
Online sports book, BetOnline.ag also gives the Pokes 80-to-1 odds.
