Barry Sanders Unveils Limited Edition Throwback Shoe for Homecoming

Earlier this week Oklahoma State set Twitter ablaze when it unveiled the much pined for 1988 throwback uniforms the Cowboys will wear this weekend.

Being that it’s the 30th anniversary of Barry Sanders’ historic Heisman season, the former ? will be in town along with members of his former offensive line, the “War Pigs”, and will serve as grand marshal of the HC festivities.

On Wednesday, Sanders announced his own throwbacks coming to Stillwater, a limited number of special edition Air Zoom Turf Jets and will be available at OSU’s student union on Thursday.

Sanders also put his stamp of approval on the retro threads the Cowboys will be wearing.

There will be only 250 pairs of the retro kicks available. So head down early, sneaker heads, or you may have to fight Marshall Scott for the last pair.
