Through 12 games, Cornelius has 3,642 passing yards and 28 passing TDs, both good for top 10 nationally. His 10 rushing scores leads Oklahoma State and ranks behind only Kyler Murray and Sam Ehlinger among Big 12 QBs.
Last year, Tre Flowers, Brad Lundblade and Zachary Crabtree were on the final Shrine Game rosters and all three parlayed that into NFL opportunities, with Flowers being selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth round of last year’s draft.
The game will be televised live at 2 p.m. Central time, Saturday January 19 on the NFL Network.
