A former Cowboy has found his home for next season.
A month after announcing his intention to transfer from Oklahoma State, former Cowboy forward Duncan Demuth has settled on a landing spot. Demuth is headed to Vermont, he announced via Twitter.

In 32 games with the Cowboys, Demuth scored just 30 points as a true freshman last season. Averaging 0.9 points per game and 1.3 rebounds in just 8.8 minutes, the former three-star big man from Seminole, Florida never quite found his footing at OSU, despite the roster being decimated of depth — especially of the front-court variety — after the dismissal of Michael Weathers as well as fellow big men Kentrevious Jones and Maurice Calloo.
Vermont, who was one of 14 teams to offer Demuth during his high school recruitment, finished 27-7 last year, including a top finish in the America East Conference. Vermont lost to Florida State 76-69 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
