Oklahoma State Reports Three Active COVID Cases within Football Program
OSU is reporting five active cases overall in its athletics department.
With another bye week at hand thanks to a COVID-19 outbreak at Baylor, Oklahoma State reports it has three active cases of the virus within its football program.
As part as the OSU athletic department’s weekly update, it reported Monday that there are five total active cases among all athletic teams, none of which are on the soccer or cross-country squads. The two that aren’t on the football team are in the “all other sports” category.
Since June 1, OSU has reported 124 positive tests among all athletic teams.
The three cases on the football team are the most in these weekly reports since Sept. 7, when the Cowboys had seven active cases. With that said, the three active cases are only one more than OSU had last week.
