Tylan Wallace, Kolby Harvell-Peel Out for Kansas State Game
OSU will be short starters Wallace and Harvell-Peel for its road game in Manhattan.
The Cowboys will be without some of their most dynamic playmakers in Manhattan on Saturday.
Tylan Wallace, Kobly Harvell-Peel and LD Brown will miss Oklahoma State’s game against Kansas State, according to the Cowboy Radio Network’s pregame show.
A Biletnikoff contender, Wallace caught 11 passes for 187 yards and two touchdowns against Texas last weekend. He “tweaked” a muscle in practice this week, according to John Holcomb.
Wallace has 588 receiving yards and is the only Cowboy with multiple receiving touchdowns this season.
Wallace missed OSU’s final five games last season after tearing his ACL in practice.
A starting safety since his freshman season, Harvell-Peel left last weekend’s game with a head injury. He has 15 tackles this season and a team-leading two interceptions this season.
LD Brown has had a breakout redshirt senior season, running for 283 yards and a touchdown on 45 carries.
OSU and Kansas State kick at 3 p.m. on FOX.
