Oklahoma State Makes Top Group for Three-Star Guard Brooks Bahr
Hoops recruiting is starting to pick up.
As the summer is winding down, Cowboy basketball recruiting could be about to pick up.
Brooks Bahr, a Class of 2024 guard from Keller, Texas, released his top eight schools on Monday: Oklahoma State, USC, Utah, Wake Forest, BYU, Nebraska, Colorado State and Saint Mary’s.
Who Is He?
Listed at 6-foot-4, 180 pounds, Bahr plays at Keller High School and with Texas Impact 4:13 in the summer.
In 15 games on Under Armor’s UAA circuit, Bahr averaged 13.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists a game while shooting 40% from 3-point range. He led Texas Impact 4:13 in total points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals.
Oklahoma State offered Bahr at the end of June.

Among his eight finalists, Bahr reportedly has official visits set to Utah (Aug. 31), Wake Forest (Sept. 22), BYU (Sept. 28) and USC (Oct. 6). He told 247Sports at the beginning of the month that he plans on also taking an official visit to Stillwater.
OSU in the 2024 Class
The Cowboys don’t yet have a commitment in the 2024 class, but news has started to pick up as of late.
The Pokes made the top six for four-star prospect Caden Diggs last month. OSU also made the top six for four-star Kuol Atak last week. Meanwhile, former OK preps standout Jeremiah Johnson, another four-star prospect, is set to visit Stillwater at the start of next month.
