Former TCU Commit LaDainian Fields Flips to Oklahoma State
The Cowboys flip the Del City playmaker.
All is fair in love and recruiting.
Oklahoma State pulled off a late flip of an in-state talent, as the Cowboys announced Del City’s LaDainian Fields signed with Oklahoma State after previously being committed to Big 12 foe TCU. The Cowboys offered Fields last week. He is a cousin of fellow OSU commit Rodney Fields, who played alongside LaDainian at Del City. A 6-foot-1, 175-pound defensive back, Fields is the No. 1,283 player in the 2024 class and the No. 17 player from Oklahoma, according to the 247Sports Composite ranking.
He’s a Cowboy! 🤠

Fields committed to TCU in August over offers from Washington, Washington State, San Diego State, UTSA and others. He picked up a Kansas State offer in September but stuck with the Horned Frogs up until Signing Day.
He did it all for the Del City Eagles this season, playing defense, offense and special teams, but OSU is after Fields as a corner.
