• Missed this quote from Zane Flores’ dad last week – (the younger) Flores will stick around and compete for the job in the spring.

• It’s incredibly unlikely but Gus Malzahn would just be an incredible offensive mind to pair with Mike Gundy (HCS)

• Kind of interesting framing for the Pokes’ football situation – the New York Jets are on a five-game losing streak and their interim head coach was quoted talking about it. You can compare his words to those of Mike Gundy lately.  Of course, Oklahoma media and NYC media are two completely different creatures – but still interesting:
