Photos: Cowgirl Basketball Starts Season with Dominant Win against Arkansas-Pine Bluff

STILLWATER — Jacie Hoyt’s Cowgirls started Oklahoma State’s basketball doubleheader with a big win on Monday night.
OSU defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff 96-43 in Gallagher-Iba Arena. The Cowgirls shot 57% from the field and 52% from 3-point range while holding Pine Bluff to just one assist in the game.
Montana transfer Macey Huard was the star of the show, dropping 31 in her OSU debut while also pulling down a team-high nine rebounds. Anna Gret Asi (16), Micah Gray (16) and Tenin Magassa (11) joined Huard in double figures.
The Cowgirls host Oral Roberts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
