PFB’s Top 10 Photos of 2024
10 of Devin’s best shots from the year that was.
The calendar has turned over, and 2025 is upon us.
From all us at PFB, Happy New Year. Let’s make this year a great one. But before we fully dive into whatever 2025 has to offer, let’s look back at some Devin Wilber’s best photos from 2024. If you’d like to see more than 10, Devin whipped up a Photos of the Year album that you can view here.

Brennan Presley was a highlight machine both in video and photo form in 2024. How about this play in Waco, where Presley secured a two-point conversion from his head. To make the play even more highlight-worthy, Ollie Gordon threw this pass.

Brian Holiday was an electric factory for the Cowboys on the mound in 2024. This photo came after Holiday threw a full nine innings in an NCAA Regional win against Florida, where he gave up just one run on two hits while striking out 10. The St. Louis Cardinals took Holiday in the third round of the 2024 MLB Draft.

The views from Neal Patterson Stadium are always lovely. The Cowgirls went 14-5-3 this past season, making an NCAA Tournament appearance. OSU was 7-3-1 on its beautiful homefield.

Linebacker Jeff Roberson leads the Cowboys out of the tunnel for their game against Arkansas. An underappreciated part of this season is that an Oklahoman always ran out with the Oklahoma state flag. Collin Clay, an Arkansas transfer and Putnam City alum, had the honors against the Razorbacks.

There could probably be a “PFB’s Top 10 Brennan Presley Photos of 2024.” This snap comes after Oklahoma State’s game against TCU, where Presley broke the program’s career receptions record. Game ball in hand with fireworks going off behind him, it made for a cool moment.

The Cowgirls went down to Norman and beat OU in the Bedlam Series, taking two of three games off the Sooners. Here’s Ivy Rosenberry lifting the in-state hardware as she gutted through injury to help her team.

Speaking of that Bedlam series, here’s Moore native Tallen Edwards after sliding home safely. She led the Cowgirls with 41 runs scored in 2024.

There are few environments better than a near-capacity crowd in Gallagher-Iba Arena for some Cowboy Wrestling. This photo came from OSU’s dual against Iowa last season — a dual that ended up being the final one in the John Smith era.

And if you didn’t make it to GIA to watch transfer heavyweight Wyatt Hendrickson in 2024, make sure you do in 2025. Hendrickson and David Taylor’s squad have dominated the early part of the season. Hendrickson is the No. 3 heavyweight in the country, and despite being a tank, he can whip out a standing backflip.

Ollie Gordon finished out his Oklahoma State career in 2024. Despite the down season for the Pokes, it was still evident that Ollie is a freak. This photo comes after one of his three rushing touchdowns in OSU’s season-opening win against South Dakota State. Gordon had 126 rushing yards that day.
