Social Media Reaction: After Slow Start, Cowboys Find a Way

The Cowboys’ Big 12 home opener wasn’t exactly what pretty in the first half, but they found once again found a way to win the second half. My timeline showed the full gamut of emotions throughout the game.

Let’s see what fans, former Cowboys and college football’s talking heads had to say about the Pokes’ fourth win.

Oklahoma State 🍊should be in the top 10 on Monday.

(They did.)

Just leaving this here.

John Mateer and Ben Arbuckle, OU legends. Both deserve extended long term contract/eligibility extensions.

Mestemaker makes it look easier than it is.

This is the exciting stuff with Drew Mestemaker. Stands calm as the rush gets closer and delivers an intermediate strike as he gets hit. This is an NFL throw. https://t.co/AWpshQK3Aj

Placement accounted for the neighboring coverage leverage. This is the good shit from Drew Mestemaker. https://t.co/UVugmdX7A6

Mestemaker milks every last millisecond out of his protection, never seen a college QB with that type of internal clock.

All kinds of streaks coming to an end.

The only game I went to last year was a W (UT-Martin). We sent Squinky packing to The Strip early. https://t.co/2DvYAXYKCl
