Daily Bullets (Oct. 31): We’ll Cross Iowa State’s Goal and Then We’ll Sing “Oklahoma State”

Thanks for stopping by – here’s your daily dose of Oklahoma State sports news.

Three Thoughts

• Kick time, TV info and more for the Iowa State game – PFB predicts the game as well (PFB)

• Cowboys flipped an edge player committed to Iowa State after offering him on Wednesday – can you recall a team flipping a recruit from another on game week? (PFB)

• Clever, calculated risk from Eric Morris – scrimmage the underclassmen off the depth chart on Thursdays (HCS)

Two Quotes

• What makes Wyatt Young so great, via an NFL Draft analyst.

Oklahoma State WR Wyatt Young is SUPER Underrated!! Young is a savvy, reliable receiver who consistently finds ways to separate against different coverages, with strong hands and the ability to make plays at all three levels. His route running, competitiveness at the catch point, and strength after the catch give him a solid foundation as a productive slot receiver at the next level. #NFLDraft #CFB #OklahomaState https://t.co/IJWB6yEpw1

• Every team needs a Jordan Burks.

“Honestly, just showing up every day, being the best person I can be,” Burks said. “Being the best teammate I can be. Being an energy giver, uplifting my teammates. Doing whatever coach needs me to do.”

Sometimes the team thinks Burks has drunk multiple energy drinks because of how much energy he brings. [O’Colly]

One Question

• Are we in for a classic OSU-Iowa State game today or has the exit of Matt Campbell ended those days?
