Nick Starkel, Oklahoma State’s lone scholarship quarterback in the 2016 class, decided to open his recruitment up on Sunday and shop himself around to other programs. Burns is a 6-4, 175-pound prospect, as compared with Starkel – a 6-3, 175-pound prospect.

Burns finished an excellent senior year with 2,837 passing yards, 35 pass TD’s and 9 INT, 706 rushing yards, and 11 rushing TD’s. Not too shabby.
