OSU OL Commit Named All-American, Will Enroll Early
The offensive line desperately needs a jumpstart, and the coaching staff has worked diligently to add in talent in an attempt to add depth and upgrade the position. Just recently, the Cowboys landed a commitment from offensive guard Larry Williams; a junior college prospect from Hutchison Community College.
At 6-foot-4, 337-pounds, he fits the bill for a guard who can come into Stillwater and contribute immediately. On Monday, he was named as a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) first team all-american, putting an impressive notch on his final resume before he makes the move back to Div. I.
Williams started his career at East Carolina, but was dismissed from the program in July. He is expected to be an early enrollee and will join the program in January.
