Dan Bailey Named Pro Bowler
The NFL’s most accurate kicker to date and former Cowboy Dan Bailey earned all-pro honors on Tuesday with the release of the Pro Bowl roster, his first time to earn such honors.
According to the Dallas Cowboys official website, Bailey is the first Dallas kicker to earn Pro Bowl honors since Nick Folk in 2007.
His career field goal percentage is just over 91%, the highest in NFL history. He is knocking down a whopping 96% of his field goals down this season, including 5-of-5 from over 50 yards.
Congrats to Dan Bailey on his @NFL Pro Bowl selection. Well deserved honor for a great guy. @dallascowboys #okstate pic.twitter.com/glR9OoueSl
