OSU Offers 2016 QB Devon Modster
Since the decommitments of quarterback prospect Nick Starkel, the Cowboys have been out recruiting hard to find a scholarship quarterback for the 2016 recruiting class.
The coaching staff extended an offer to impressive dual threat quarterback Keondre Wudtee, and just this past week, they also extended an offer to Arizona commit Devon Modster.

Modster is a 6-2, 215 pound prospect rated a four-star quarterback from Tesoro, California.
