Despite Sugar Bowl Blowout, Top Recruits Reaffirm Commitment
The magical season that started 10-0 took a turn for the worst with three straight losses to Baylor, OU, and Ole Miss to end the season.
Despite the three lopsided defeats, some of OSU’s top recruits weighed in on twitter to reaffirm their commitment and excitement to join the program next season:
Couldn't be more excited to be in Stillwater. Can't wait to see what the future holds for the Cowboys.#GoPokes #LoyalAndTrue

Based off the on-field results, it’s clear several positions need more depth and talent – and they can’t afford another rash of decommitments like last month. The Cowboys need a strong finish on the recruiting trail to pick up any type of momentum going into the offseason. Despite a disappointing finish, it seems they still have some of their top dogs still on board. That’s great news for the coaching staff.
