OSU Offers In-state TE Reese Leitao
Oklahoma State has had fairly decent success recruiting within the state recently, landing Oklahoma prospects Justice Hill and Dillon Stoner in the 2016 recruiting cycle alone.
The Cowboys are fishing in similar territory for 2017 where they picked up Dillon Stoner and safety Dylan Harding from Jenks in recent years, and on Friday, the Cowboys offered 6-4, 230-pound tight end Reese Leitao.

The OSU offer makes his second FBS offer and second from the state along with Tulsa. With his size and breakout season as a junior for the powerhouse Jenks Trojans, it’s likely not his last. The coaching staff has clearly done their homework and are trying to take advantage of their local talent by getting in on him early in the process.
“He is one of those guys you can do a lot of things with because he’s so smart,” Jenks head coach Allan Trimble told the Tulsa World.
Along with tight end, Leitao also played at defensive tackle and on special teams. “He’s a very versatile player, and we’re blessed to have him,” Trimble added.
