2016 OL Shane Richards Commits to Oklahoma State
Oklahoma State added a huge piece of the 2016 recruiting class on Tuesday with the commitment of junior college offensive lineman Shane Richards from New Mexico Military Institute. He released a statement via his twitter account:
First of all I want to thank God for blessing me and putting me in the position I am in right now. I would like to thank my parents and my entire family for their love and support throughout this process, without them none of this would be possible! I would also like to thank all the coaches and schools that have recruited me. This has always been a dream of mine to play sports at a high level but also receive my degree. So with that I will be committing to OKLAHOMA STATE University. Go Cowboys.
#Stillysquad16 I’m in!
Richards is a 6-6, 325-lb product per 247sports, and a huge addition along the offensive line who could compete for a spot right away to help solidify the offensive line and also provide more depth.
