OSU Commit Brendan Vaughn Ran Blazing 40-Yard Dash at Regional Camp
Oklahoma State commit Brendan Vaughn from Forney, Texas, was one of many recruits competing at camp over the weekend and participating in drills, testing, and other activities. Vaughn plays a hybrid safety/linebacker position, and Oklahoma State likes him at linebacker at the next level. A position change at the next level will come with intrigue due to his versatility. He clocked a blazing 4.51 40-yard dash over the weekend – an unheard of speed for a linebacker.
So @bv3323 a OLB committed to #OklahomaState ran 4.51 today ?

The 6-foot-2, 210-pound prospect committed three weeks ago, citing a comfort level with the coaching staff he didn’t feel elsewhere. He finished No. 3 in Nike+ rankings over the weekend at the camp, which takes into account speed, agility, vertical jump, power ball force, and more.
