Kick Time Announced for Oklahoma State’s Week 6 Matchup Against UCF

The Cowboys are off this upcoming weekend, but when they return to Boone Pickens Stadium, it’ll be for a morning kick.

The Big 12 released its schedule for Week 6 (the weekend of Oct. 10), showing Oklahoma State’s game against UCF will kick at 11 a.m. on either ESPN or ESPN2. Here’s the Big 12’s full slate for that week:

Iowa State at BYU — 9:15 p.m. Friday on ESPN
UCF at Oklahoma State — 11 a.m. Saturday on ESPN/ESPN2
Arizona at West Virginia — 11 a.m. Saturday on TNT
Houston at Kansas State — 2:30 p.m. Saturday on FOX
Kansas at Utah — 9:15 p.m. Saturday on ESPN
Hawaii at Arizona State — 9:30 p.m. Saturday on FS1

The Cowboys technically haven’t kicked in the morning yet this season. They were supposed to against Oregon in Week 2, but a lightning delay saw that kick pushed back.

While the Cowboys are off this weekend, UCF is making a trip to Houston to play the No. 20 Cougars in a game that kicks at 11 a.m.

UCF is 3-1 this season after beating TCU 21-13 this past weekend in Orlando.

The Knights have been playing without starting quarterback Alonza Barnett III because of a hamstring injury. The timetable of his return is uncertain.

In his place, UCF has turned to FIU transfer Keyone Jenkins. The 6-foot, 200-pound senior has completed 30 passes for 288 yards, three touchdowns and a pick this season.

This game will mark UCF’s first trip to Stillwater, as OSU has made the trek to Orlando twice since the Knights joined the Big 12. Both of those games went UCF’s way. We all remember the 45-3 monsoon game after the final Bedlam, and then last season UCF beat OSU 17-14.
