Report: Search Committee Formed at OSU To Fill Next Head Coach
According to a report from the Tulsa World, Travis Ford appears to be in his final days at Oklahoma State – but may have other opportunities available to him elsewhere.
A report over the weekend from ESPN cited that Ford was likely to be done at OSU on Monday, but no word came from Stillwater and it’s believed he is still technically employed as the head coach.
Although it’s unclear what jobs he could be a candidate for, the news is big because depending on the position available, it could greatly reduce his buyout from Oklahoma State which stands at $7.2 million.
The report also states that a search committee for the head coaching position has been formed that consists of Mike Holder, President Burns Hargis, and regents Joe Hall and Calvin Anthony.
