Report: Emmanuel Ogbah Held Workout for Dallas Cowboys
Emmanuel Ogbah continues his workout tour across America, and now has put in his resume with the Dallas Cowboys per a report from NFL insider Rand Getlin.
In addition to the Cowboys, he has also worked out for the Ravens, Panthers, Cardinals and Lions.
The Dallas Cowboys, who let defensive end Greg Hardy walk after last season, could desperately use an upgrade in their pass rush. Ogbah could fit the bill for a team needing a productive end. During his junior season, he recorded a monstrous 63 tackles and 12.5 sacks.
Dallas holds the No. 4 (first round) and No. 34 (second round) picks in the NFL draft later this month. According to Mel Kiper’s NFL mock draft, he has Ogbah going No. 30 to the Carolina Panthers. But if Ogbah is somehow still on the board when the Cowboys are picking at No. 34, it would certainly be a pick that makes sense for them given their need to upgrade the position.
