Dez Bryant Arrested
Photo Attribution: US Presswire
Well we kind of knew this was coming, didn’t we? The crazier part than Dez Bryant getting arrested is that Dez Bryant went 8,655 days on earth without getting arrested.
That sounds harsh until you remember how many brushes he’s had with authorities (Weezy, jewelry, Northpark mall, etc.) since getting drafted.
The report says that it was a domestic violence issue with a family member before stating that eight-eight had a “brief telephone interview” in which he said:
I’m good, I’m good.
Makes James Anderson seem like Charles Barkley by comparison.
Dez’s lawyer seemingly tries to downplay the event by stating:
The reality is we haven’t heard a lot about Dez Bryant at all since the season.
Right, which is how it should be.
Hopefully this will be nothing beyond some sort of misunderstanding gone wrong and everything will settle down (and it would seem that way given the fact that he turned himself in), the official report is supposed to come out tomorrow.
I’d also like to still point out that collegiate touchdowns isn’t the only place that Dez still trails one Justin Blackmon.
