Glenn Spencer Does Hot Yoga
Oh yeah, this happened.
Other than this incredible Mason Rudolph headline, “Glenn Spencer Does Hot Yoga” would definitely rank in my top 25 of my all-time favorite PFB headlines.
Apparently, Glenn Spencer and some of his defensive stars are taking the offseason very seriously by hitting some hot yoga to workout. Here’s a picture from Jeannine Edwards, Glenn’s wife, of Glenn hitting hot yoga with Tre Flowers, Jordan Sterns, and Josh Mabin looking completely exhausted.
You know you probably had a tough yoga session when you’ve spent the entire offseason with Rob Glass, and STILL look like this.

And another of the group hitting the chaturanga pose, which admittedly I had to google to understand.
