Four Star Safety Names OSU in Top 5
Oklahoma State is named in the top five for elite 2017 safety Montaric Brown, a rising 6-1, 185-pound prospect from Ashdown, Ark.

Brown recently made an unofficial visit to Stillwater earlier this spring, so there’s clear interest in the Pokes. At one point the Sooners appeared to be trending, however they have been eliminated from his top schools, it would appear. Alabama offered earlier this spring and has made him a priority, but I get the sense that being from Arkansas, the Hogs have the advantage in his recruitment at this point. But with early playing time to offer, OSU is squarely in the mix in what appears to be a three team race with Bama, OSU, and Arkansas.
