LISTEN: Mike Gundy Talks about Boone Pickens Comments
Boone Pickens made headlines last week after critical comments he made about head coach Mike Gundy in a podcast with the Austin American-Statesman, where he criticized his ability to manage his relationships with people.
After choosing not to comment on the comments at his press conference, Gundy did eventually open up in a less formal setting with The Franchise’s John Hoover, where Gundy talked about how it affects his team and what the impact of his comments are, saying that “If you’re doing something that’s hurting us in the big picture, well then I don’t like that.”
