Midwest City Safety Prospect Sets Official Visit to Oklahoma State
Oklahoma State’s top safety target for the 2017 class has set an official visit date to see OSU on Nov. 11-Nov. 13, Midwest City prospect Evan Fields announced on twitter Wednesday:

Fields was recently offered by OSU at the beginning of October. He has another official visit on the docket at the moment, with a scheduled trip to Kansas State set for Nov. 4. He cancelled his Oct. 29 official to Houston, a school that was originally in his top four list he released in September.
The other schools that remain contenders in his recruitment are Memphis, Arizona State, Mississippi State, and Kansas State, and with Fields impressing a number of schools in his senior season, there’s a very good chance other major college programs will be jumping on board.
An official visit is a trip that the school will pay for the recruit to come to the school, and pay for food and housing. Many times in recruitment, schools will do their best to roll out the red carpet and impress prospects during this period. So OSU has their crack at one of the hardest hitting safeties while he makes an official visit during the weekend that Texas Tech rolls into town.
