OSU Soccer Goes for Second Bedlam Win Friday in Stillwater
Just a month removed from Oklahoma State’s first win in the Bedlam soccer series in four tries, the Cowgirls will try to do it again at 4 p.m. Friday at the Cowgirl Soccer Complex. This will be OSU’s Big 12 opener (the first Bedlam game did not count for conference play).
OSU lost its first game of the season less than a week ago against No. 15 Cal, but have worked a 7-1-2 record through five weeks in the season. Nevertheless, some people either still don’t care or still couldn’t tell you who Jaci Jones is when she is standing right in front of you.

The Cowgirls have one of the most prolific offensive attacks in the country with a blend of young talent and experienced cornerstones. OSU has also changed its formation. It’s one of a kind in college soccer, which is part of the reason opposing defenses have had such a tough time stopping it.
Oklahoma is coming off back-to-back losses in California against the teams OSU faced this past weekend in San Fransisco and the Golden Bears. The Cowgirls finished with a 2-2 draw against San Fran.
The Sooners are having a truly tough season so far, having won just two games out of 10 tries, so playing at home should give OSU a grand opportunity at replicating this:
