I thought this joke was dead but it lives, oh how it lives.
Mack Brown famously recruited both Johnny Manziel and Robert Griffin to Texas in the last few yeras as defensive backs and both went on to win the Heisman.
In the 1980s Mack Brown wasn’t around but Texas recruited Thurman Thomas as a defensive back as well!
Seriously!
