Here is the heir apparent to orange jesus in Stillwater. Jeff Newberry is his name and he’s transferring in from New Mexico Junior College.
It would also appear that he has one very, very good move in his arsenal. And he knows how to dish to white guys who can shoot so he and Phil Forte should get along just swimmingly.
Also, between him and Stevie Clark, that’s about two too many shoot-first point guards for my liking but maybe Travis Ford can make it work.[1. I’ve been sitting here trying to think of the last thing Travis Ford “made work” and I’m still sitting here…]
