Apple is Removing OSU’s Signature Emoji
I’m 100% convinced the Apple CEO is an OU fan.
The Tech monster announced this week it is transitioning one of the most used emoji’s by OSU fans, the black gun, for a more politically friendly plastic green water gun.

The infamous orange emoji will stay, but the classic orange emoji to black pistol combo as shown below will be no more with the new update. Unless you think players, recruits and fans will continue the pistols firing emoji with a plastic emoticon, I think it may be time to find a new go-to emoji duo for the Cowboys.
