742 – a new school record for yards in a game, narrowly edging out the old mark of 725 against the fightin’ Griffins in 2010.

0 – if you don’t count the Savannah State game (and really, are we?) or the fumble that OSU didn’t cause today, OSU has forced 0 turnovers this year. When does this become a concern?

8 – OSU scored on all eight of its drives in the first half.

9 – Joe Randle now has nine 100-yard rushing games in his career, including three straight this season. The all-time record is 24 by Terry Miller so we have a long way to go.

61 – Mike Gundy now stands one win short of Pat Jones’ school record of 62 wins. I think he’ll probably get it.

39 – a new school record for most first downs in a game. Old record was 36 against Baylor and Kansas in 2010.

400 – number of beats per minute my heart rate increased to when I saw Justin Gilbert on the turf.

1 – number of incompletions Wes Lunt has at home (via @osijj — good follow btw)

6:02 – OSU scoring drive in the second quarter, OSU only had two that lasted longer last year.

0:02 – OSU scoring drive in the second quarter, OSU didn’t have any quicker ones last year.

62.3 – number of points OSU is averaging per game, this leads the country and is ahead of the NCAA record of 56 set by Army(!) in 1944(!)

687 – number of yards OSU is averaging per game, this leads the country and is ahead of the NCAA record of 624.9 set by Houston in 1989.

652 – the NCAA record for points scored in a 13-game season, set by OU in 2005. OSU is on pace for 809.

84-38-65 – OSU’s point total in its first three games, eerily similar to the 65-41-65 start to 2010.

89.3 – OSU is averaging 89.3 plays per game, the NCAA record is 92.4 by Notre Dame in 1970.
