Cowboys Don White-White-Black Uniform Combo for Big 12 Opener at Iowa State
OSU breaks out Pete for the trip to Ames.

The Cowboys went with a clean-looking combo for their trip to Ames.
Oklahoma State will wear a White-White-Black color scheme for its Big 12 opener at Iowa State. This is the first time we’ve seen a Pistol Pete helmet this season (and with the new uniform kit), and it doesn’t disappoint.

This is overall a v. solid look and should juxtapose nicely against the Cyclones’ all-black look.

OSU is 3-4 in W-W-B since the start of 2011. The Cowboys last wore this color scheme in a 2020 road loss to TCU.
If you’re keeping score, none of us hear at PFB nailed our uni prediction this week, but Marshall got the closest, accurately picking the white jersey and black pants but with a black Pete helmet.
