We’re a track school?
For the second time in four years, OSU has used its track and field program to lure a world-class sprinter to its campus with Hubbard, of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada, joining Tyreek Hill — who broke the 200-meter indoor program record (20.57) before being dismissed in December 2014 for a domestic violence by strangulation charge.
Current OSU safety Jerel Morrow, a senior next fall, has also competed as a long jumper at OSU with a ninth-place finish at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in 2014. [NewsOK]
I don’t know that track is as big of a draw as some might like to think, but it certainly doesn’t hurt that Gundy allows his dudes do both.
LC Greenwood Talks Stillwater
Good stuff here from CRFF on LC’s recent Stillwater visit.
LG: “I just feel like I’m a game changer. Someone you won’t be worried about when it’s 4th-and-2. Someone you can just pass the ball to. Throw it up. Do whatever. Get the ball in my hands, and I’ll do my best to score a touchdown. Just feel comfortable knowing the ball is going to me before the play even starts. [CRFF]
Pretty easy to see him being great for a while in Stilly.

OSU Rolls Arkansas
As Arkansas players returned to the locker room shortly before tip, amid boos, one Razorback shouted to his teammates: “We gonna shut this crowd up quick.” Not Saturday.
Not with the emotions of Remember The Ten and a full house of fans who actually started celebrating before the game in many unusual tailgates happening near the arena. Not with the fast start and Phil Forte breaking the school record for 3-pointers in a career, firing in four on the day.
“That’s what I came here for,” OSU coach Brad Underwood said. “Crowds – like that. This building – like that. “That’s special.” [NewsOK]
Underwood might be special, too. Also, OSU is No. 2 in the nation in offensive efficiency.
OSU And NCAA Notes
Berry Tramel on Brent Musburger is terrific … Oklahoma State women rolled Cornell in tennis … The men smoked No. 14 Kentucky (whoo boy, we’re good at tennis!) …
This was great.
