• Are we seeing a historic run of golfers come through Stillwater again with this national championship squad? Everyone knows about Preston Stout – Ethan Fang is competing today to be the first American since 2007 to win the Amateur Championship (Randa)

• Marshall Scott highlighted the difficulty it is keeping up with the Cowboys in the NIL era and how that impacts assessing conference foes (PFB)

• Mike Gundy’s track record inspires confidence, enough to believe that turnover of staff and roster will bring a good result. 

Our prediction is that Gundy reminds everyone why he’s one of the winningest coaches in the conference — and that last season’s three-win showing was an outlier, not the new standard. Oklahoma State has one of the largest transfer portal classes in the country and two new coordinators, but a fresh start might be exactly what the program needs to move forward.
